1. Sample should be submitted in glass vials.

2. Proper sample extraction/ purification method should be followed before sample submission.

3. Dilution, if necessary will be done in the lab.

4. Mobile phase of the solvent must be mentioned for LC-HRMS analysis.

5. For PDA analysis, the Wavelength must be provided.

6. Please limit maximum 5 samples per requisition form.

7. The samples should be prepared in LC-MS grade solvents.

8. The sample concentration should be less than 10 ppm (μg/ml).

9. Sample volume should be around 500μl-2000μl.

10. If the user prepares sample for analysis, it should filtered through 0.45 micron membrane filter.

11. Expected molecular formula/ structure should be provided for HRMS analysis.

12. Protein samples should be properly digested and desalted.

1. Any special storage condition required should be mentioned.

2. Disposal method of sample should be provided.

3. All Samples will be discarded within 7 days of analysis. If you wish to collect the samples then you are required to make arrangement for the same.

ESCi: Combined mode (ESI/APCI) (for less /moderate polar compounds)

ASAP: Atmospheric Solid Analysis Probe (for directs solid analysis)

DDA: Data Dependent Acquisition

MS^E: Both MS & MS/MS analysis (combined)

Positive Mode: Provide [M+H]⁺ ion or adduct ions

Negative Mode: Provide [M-H]^- ions
