Please read the following instructions before Logging on for Online Application Form:

• If you are already a registered user, you may LogIn.
• If you are a new user, you need to register yourself as a valid user from IIT Madras. Please click on Signup.
• Your IITM Email ID will be your User ID.
• On signing up, a password will be sent to your Email ID.
• Please login using your Email ID as User ID & the password you received.
• You may change the password after the initial LogIn.
• For the first time validation you will need to
• Print a hard copy; sign it, have it countersigned by the giude (in case of students/research scholars) & forwarded to SAIF through the head of the department.
• Only on receipt of the hardcopy at SAIF you will be registered as a valid internal user of SAIF.
• For project staff registered for MS/MSc/PhD degree at IIT Madras please use your IITM Email ID.
• Other project staff are not permitted to enrol as an internal user. You may submit your samples through the external route by making the necessary payment.
• Alternately the project coordinator may register as an internal user & submit the samples.
